Criteria

• High school student or incoming high school student based in China with a year or more left until high school graduation
• Strong interest in investment, social entrepreneurship, business, and finance
• High willingness to learn investment and practice business analysis in-depth and is able to commit to at least 2-4 hours full attention work per week (onsite or on-line remote) on the role for at least 6 months
• We run a merit-based selection process, on top of merit, additional score will be given to students referred by donors and sponsors to the CHSSI Fund

* Subject to membership fee of RMB1000 per year, for supporting the operation cost of CHSSI fund with remaining serve as donation for our charity and educational activities

Responsibilities

• As Student Investment Analyst, you will go through investment trainings by leading investment professionals, then practice investment analysis and research work according to instructions from fund managers
• You will prepare and complete at least one investment recommendation reports every month, and submit to fund managers
• Participate as investment team member in annual entrepreneurship contest held each summer in Shanghai
• You will receive Certificate of Completion by the end of the program, as well as fast track to Student Leadership Team of our cross-national organization of future recruitment year

Criteria and Responsibilities

• Both students and adults can sign up for volunteer. This is your perfect platform to contribute to education of Chinese young business leaders, and to the social welfare of the nation
• We are actively looking for two types of volunteers:
  (1) Investment and business professionals who are able to host trainings and sharing to CHSSI Fund members and founders, committing to at least one session (40 mins) during a weekend of your choice – we have online events at least once every month;
  (2) Volunteers who are able to assist our annual events and its portfolio projects onsite (a great learning experience with limited time commitment, compared with formal team member), or who are able to assist our online ad hoc work for minimum commitment of 1 month
• You will receive Volunteer Certificate by the end of the program. High school volunteers will have the chance to fast track to Student Leadership Team and Investment Team of our cross-national organization of future recruitment year.
