China High School Student Social Impact Fund (“CHSSI Fund”) is Asia’s first and China’s only high school student managed non-profit & educational society offering entrepreneurship and simulate investment experiences to high school students.
We are founded on top of a generous pool of seed donation crowdfunded via Founding President Sophia Fu (WLSA G11)’s social entrepreneurship project, also backed by board of advisors consisted of leaders and professionals from Shanghai WLSA school and various prestigious financial, business and educational organizations. We continuously welcome heartly donations, sponsorships, cooperation and support from individuals and corporates who want to contribute to China’s social welfare and youth business education.
We use part of donation fund to directly support high school students who are building or trying to build social entrepreneurship projects by offering “startup” funding support of RMB3000 to RMB10000 and advisory by experienced professionals in business and finance industries. To achieve this mission, we are actively accepting new applications from high school student founders all year round, and will host our first social entrepreneurship competition in Summer 2025. Interested high school social entrepreneurs can directly submit an application via our website.
We use the other part of donation to run stimulate secondary market investment workshops for high school student participants, which are guided by investment professional volunteers from well-known financial institutions in China. The investment account is also managed by a professional and registered investment management institution safely with only educational purpose. As such, all funding, including investment gains and losses, only goes to support approved non-profit social impact projects, the daily operation, or education activities of the CHSSI Fund.
